Back pain is one of the most common conditions that all of us would have experienced at some point in time. Most often the cause of back pain might be a simple muscle strain and it would subside with simple home remedies and stretches.
However, we have to be aware that in recent days due to poor lifestyle choices, we are prone to certain conditions which could be more serious than what we anticipate. Hence seeking medical help would be ideal if the pain does not settle within 3 days.
Whether it’s caused by poor posture, injury, or an underlying medical condition, back pain can have a significant impact on a person’s quality of life.
